Shipping Conditions

Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, mainland France, Italy, Great Britain (UK), Switzerland, Austria, the Netherlands, Liechtenstein, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

DHL Germany (including islands and parcel stations) up to 1 kg: Warenpost €3.90, up to 5 kg: DHL Paket €4.90; up to 10 kg: €5.90, up to 20 kg: €7.90. Free shipping for orders over €65.

International deliveries:

DHL France, Czech Republic, Poland, Monaco, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark: up to 0.5 kg: €8.50, up to 1 kg: €11.50, up to 3 kg: €15.50, up to 10 kg: €19.50, up to 20 kg: €28.00

DHL Switzerland, Liechtenstein: up to 0.5 kg: €9.90, up to 1 kg: €14.90, up to 2 kg: €22.00, up to 5 kg: €27.00, up to 10 kg: €32.00

DHL Finland, Belgium, Latvia, Croatia, Italy, Lithuania, Sweden: up to 500 g: €10.00, up to 1 kg: €14.50, up to 3 kg: €20.50, up to 10 kg: €24.60 Euro, up to 20kg: 35.00 Euro

Delivery Times

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods will take place within Germany within 1-4 days, and for international deliveries within 5-14 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed upon, after the date of your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment unless we have agreed otherwise. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.

For self-collection, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and pickup options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

- Cash payment upon pickup
- Advance payment by bank transfer
- Payment via PayPal (credit card, direct debit, invoice if applicable)
- Payment by invoice (upon request from the second order)*
- Note: Payment via Sofort (Klarna) is no longer possible as of February 1, 2024.

Further payment details

*Payment by invoice is available upon request from the second order. The invoice amount must be paid within 10 days when paying by invoice.

**Direct debit is offered from the third order. A complete new customer account (verified) is required. Customers with guest accounts are not offered direct debit. Please enter all required information such as IBAN and BIC on the form (during checkout for direct debit payments) and check carefully. Unauthorized returned direct debits or costs incurred due to insufficient funds are the responsibility of the buyer. Our terms and conditions apply.
